Sullivan Power Inc. was founded by Daniel Sullivan and his family. 3. Who can receive services from Sullivan Power Inc.? Sullivan Power Inc. solely supports former Sullivan Solar Power customers. We do not provide services for systems installed by other companies. 4. What services does Sullivan Power Inc. provide? Sullivan Power Inc. provides support services for existing systems, including: Proactive system monitoring and diagnostics System failure detection and notification Warranty coordination and claims processing Ongoing customer support related to existing systems Ongoing maintenance services Coordination with licensed contractors when required Sullivan Solar Shield service agreements 5. What is the Sullivan Solar Shield (SSS) Program? The Sullivan Solar Shield provides low-cost service agreements available to eligible customers which include: Proactive system monitoring Prompt system failure response Warranty claim coordination Service and repair resources, either directly or through approved partners Discounted solar panel cleaning services System performance analysis and reports 6. Can I receive services without enrolling in the Sullivan Solar Shield program? Yes. Sullivan Power Inc. offers certain services on an à la carte basis, either directly or through third parties. However, the Sullivan Solar Shield program provides the most cost-effective option for ongoing support. Without a Sullivan Solar Shield agreement, customers are responsible for monitoring their systems and notifying Sullivan Power Inc. when issues arise. 7. Does Sullivan Power Inc. offer solar panel cleaning? Yes. Solar panel cleaning services are available to Sullivan Solar Shield members at a discounted rate, and on an à la carte basis for eligible customers who are not enrolled in the program. 8. Can Sullivan Power Inc. help me upgrade or modify my system? Sullivan Power Inc. does not perform system upgrades or modifications. However, we can provide general guidance and referrals to licensed contractors in our network when customers wish to pursue those types of projects. 9. Does Sullivan Power Inc. install new solar systems, add panels, or add batteries? No. Sullivan Power Inc. does not engage in new construction, system expansions, or installation activities. 10. Is Sullivan Power Inc. a solar or electrical contractor? No. Sullivan Power Inc. is not a solar installation or electrical contractor and does not perform construction or installation work. Sullivan Solar Power became the top solar company in Southern California between 2004 and 2019. The company and it's leadership -at that time- received accolades and awards for their unwavering commitment to the industry and its' customers. As such, many people were shocked when stories, rumors, and accusations began to circulate around Sullivan. Those rumors and accusations were exactly that; rumors and accusations. The net effect of those rumors and accusations, however, was the dismantling of one of the best solar companies in the country. Given the orchestrated nature of everything that transpired, this was the likely goal of those who perpetuated the same. As such, the last thing that Sullivan will permit is to have that goal fully realized. Sullivan Solar Power is no longer in operation. However, Sullivan Power Inc. was started in 2022 by the Sullivan family. The goal is to return peace of mind to the Sullivan Solar Power customers; the same peace of mind they enjoyed when Daniel Sullivan was running the company from 2004 to 2019. Sullivan Power Inc. does this by providing the resources needed to restore, monitor, and maintain Sullivan Solar Power customer systems. As was promised to all Sullivan customers when they signed with Sullivan Solar Power, Sullivan will always be here. Granted the terms by which Sullivan supports its customer base have changed slightly, but nonetheless Sullivan customers will continue to receive support for as long as they wish to. In the Sullivan family crest a prominent figure is the boar. The boar represents tenacity, a key characteristic among Sullivans. Within the crest, the boar is light when its surroundings are dark, and it is dark when its surroundings are light. It is impervious to the surroundings or challenges that surround it. Sullivans do not surrender and Sullivans do not give up. Onward.
