ABOUT SULLIVAN POWER
Sullivan Power Inc. is the provider of solar power service and support exclusively for Sullivan Solar Power customers. Founded by the Sullivan family in 2022 to support the Sullivan Solar Power customer base, we specialize in restoring, monitoring, and servicing Sullivan customer systems. Sullivan Power Inc. is a service provider solely dedicated to supporting existing Sullivan customers. Sullivan Power Inc. does not engage in new construction projects.

Sullivan Solar Power customers.
IS YOUR SYSTEM WORKING?
Sullivan Solar Power systems are inherently reliable. However, they are generators and they do and will fail. If your system is producing power and the monitoring connection is intact, let's keep it that way.
Your Sullivan Solar Power system needs to be proactively monitored and under a Sullivan Solar Shield service agreement to avoid any surprises at your annual true up.
Please submit your up to date contact information via this webpage and we will get your system covered again. The cost for the agreement is next to nothing. (Less than a cup of coffee...)
Once your systems is back in the fold, we can schedule a solar panel cleaning to super charge your system and you'll be good to go! Remember, your system is going to fail at some point. That failure can cost your household a few dollars or a few thousand. Its up to you.
SYSTEM NOT PRODUCING OR OFFLINE?
If your Sullivan Solar Power system is not producing power or the monitoring system is no longer connected, this needs to be fixed. We will do the repairs for the lowest cost possible.
Please submit your up-to-date contact information via this webpage and we will get the work scheduled.
Once your system is producing power and/ or the monitoring connection is restored, the system needs to be placed under a Sullivan Solar Shield service agreement.
Then we can clean your solar panels and super charge your system to make up for lost production.
Your system will be fixed, it will be proactively monitored, the labor costs of repairs in the future will be covered, and your solar panels will producing at capacity again.
